Chinese Need To Choose Between 'Malaysia 1st' Or 'Chinese 1st' Posted: 17 May 2013 12:25 AM PDT Chinese in Malaysia seem to have 'love' the idea of 'hitting' anyone who defend Malay rights as well as question their loyalty to this country. There isn't any need to insult them, reminding them that from history they are immigrants is enough to make sure that you will suffer the consequences. They will never stop barking as long as no actions are taken. However, when the Chinese insult this country, Malays, Islam, the government as well as authorities to the level where it goes viral in the internet, they should be pardoned. If not, they will bark saying that the government is being cruel. To cover up their biased view and rudeness, they would not stop claiming that UMNO is racist and Perkasa are joined by Malay extremists. Those claims are recycled again and again until it stays as a mindset of the race. They claim that their race is oppressed by UMNO while Perkasa only intensifies it. Saying that it is tough for all races in Malaysia to unite as long as these two organisations are around to stop it. They even urged these two organisations to put Malaysia in front of race (Malaysia 1st, Malay 2nd). Fact is, that is what UMNO and Perkasa have always wanted, for all races to put Malaysia in front of race. That is why we are pushing towards a single school system for all. That is why we want to all races to defend Bahasa Melayu as the national language instead of just making it as an easy way to socialize, in order to support the real meaning of 'Malaysia 1st' as urged by the Chinese. However, the ones who are actually rejecting the spirit of 'Malaysia 1st' are actually the Chinese themselves. Obviously a lot of times we have seen that their loyalty to this country is not real. Just look at how Namewee insulted this country and not even a single Chinese criticized his actions. Who are the ones who proudly set the Malaysian flag upside down?! Utusan Malaysia today also reviewed how the Chinese often put shame on Malaysia in other countries. Not that we don't know that most Chinese who travel overseas to study or migrate love to tarnish the country's image without feeling any guilt. They never have any love for their own country, they think that they are miserable in Malaysia, as if Malaysia is one dirty, ugly and foul country. Fact is, this is the same country which has given them all the luxuries, they are even given a place in the government, something which is almost impossible for minorities in other countries could enjoy. Only in this country, they are able to form schools only for their race, approved and assisted by the government. Only in this country, they are allowed to print their newspapers in their language, which they have used to instigate and tarnish the government's image. Only in this country, their religious and cultural days are recognized as public holiday. Despite all that, they still do not appreciate anything. Whenever BERSIH runs its rallies here, those who are in other countries would also wear yellow, raising banners, proudly accusing their own country. Just look at what happened to Malaysian Chinese who are working in Singapore as they get too exited over insulting their own country claiming that it is cruel and they are oppressed, they seem to have forgotten how they country that they were staying is even more strict than Malaysia. From there, they were arrested and actions were taken against them without much explanation from authorities of the country while their 'comrades' in Malaysia run free, joining rallies around the country to challenge the government. That is why, we only have one message for the Chinese, if you want to create more damage, at least do not be hypocrite. Do not pretend to be loyal to this country because everyone is aware that you hate this country. There is no need to pretend and chant for transparency because DAP itself is not transparent that its own members were cheated when CEC election was rigged. Do not pretend that you are oppressed because the whole world knows that the country's economy goes to the Chinese. Do not pretend and rally around saying that there is no such thing as freedom of speech as those rallies you organized are enough to show that the statement is not true. Do not pretend that you want unity because the fight to defend vernacular school itself proves that the Chinese never wanted unity. Do not pretend that you want justice because the fight for equality is just a trick to take over other races. If the Chinese really want equality, then you should divide the 80% of their share of thee national economy to other races. Thus, in short, do not pretend, fight on the real platform, show that the Chinese only fight for themselves. Admit the right thing, that all the barking done by you only goes to one objective: to put your race on top, 'Chinese 1st, Malaysia last'. I am certain that even the Chinese cannot deny this. Thus, government and all Malaysians should accept this fact and handle this as careful as possible so that our beloved country would not crumble thanks to the greed of Chinese. |
Paul Low’s Appointment Strengthens Government’s Reform Credentials Posted: 16 May 2013 11:37 PM PDT The appointment of Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan, the President of Transparency International (Malaysia) as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department has reinforced Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's reform credentials with an experienced hand in charge of fighting graft and corruption. Low's appointment was the biggest surprise of the Cabinet reshuffle announced Wednesday; however, he is in many ways the final piece of a puzzle Najib has been assembling since his administration began in 2009. Low has made the battle against corruption a significant portion of his career. As TI President, he has recognised that graft is a disease with many victims. It violates public and private trust, destroys faith in government, wastes resources and creates a general environment in which crime can flourish. It was through his efforts that TI's Integrity Pledge was pushed in the lead-up to GE13 – a pledge Najib signed and to which he committed his Government and party. Low, who served in the National Economic Action Council and as a commissioner and deputy chairman of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission, sees this as an opportunity to continue the battle against corruption from where the levers of power work. "My main role will be to help continue the transformation towards a clean government," said Low. It is a measure of Low's sterling credentials that the only criticism Opposition portals could manage of the appointment was to regurgitate Pakatan press releases demanding that Low enact their preferred agendas or else he would be seen as a failure. Najib has made the battle against corruption one of the critical components of his terms in office, strengthening the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), focussing on Government transparency and accountability, and prosecuting record numbers of powerful government and private industry members accused of corruption. "Prostitution and corruption are two things that mankind has had to live with for so long," he told London's Financial Times before GE13. "But we are determined to tackle it." Low's appointment, together with the appointment of Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department and the standing appointment of Datuk Seri Idris Jala as head of Pemandu, assembles a talented and well-respected team whose purpose is to promote transparency, end corruption and produce results. Low and his teammates will have a large task before them in the sheer scope of government procurement and development. The continued transition of the economy to a private sector heavy one is accompanied by many large infrastructure projects still underway. Merely managing the logistics of accountability will be the first test Low will face. Yet the accountant who is now a Minister has a reputation for hard work, attention to detail and a straightforward approach that cuts through complex problems. He has promised to aid Najib's battle against corruption with those qualities, and most quarters believe he will. |
AUTHORITIES SHOULD ACT AGAINST ANWAR NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE Posted: 16 May 2013 06:15 PM PDT THE opposition pact has distanced itself from calls for street protests to overturn the results of Election 2013, when Anwar Ibrahim said the pact would stick to indoor rallies to "voice their disgust" at alleged electoral fraud in the May 5 polls. Anwar said calls for a mass street protest to oust the elected Barisan Nasional (BN) administration did not originate from PR but from affiliated non-governmental organisations (NGOs). "These are just suggestions and it was never raised to the leadership and it is not something that is adopted by leadership," he told a press conference after chairing a PR presidential council meeting here. But Anwar did not mentioned or failed to mention that these affiliated NGOs are tools that he created to move the people to achieve his objective – to be the Prime Minister and pay his dues to his foreign masters. Anwar is a liar and this time people can see through his lies – street protests are not the pact's style but indoor rallies are the pact's style. What if the indoor rallies overflow to the streets? Well, his answer will be overwhelming support – very simple right? That is Anwar Ibrahim where he will not take responsibility of what happen although it is always his plans – through other non-political vehicles that purportedly to represent the people, voices of the people. The authorities should check whether these NGOs truly have the number of members as they claimed to be or these numbers of people are actually members of the opposition political parties ordered to support the events. Enough is enough…the authorities should take action against him for attempt to incite riots against the duly elected government. No more soft approach and this man called Anwar Ibrahim does not care and does not think rationally anymore. He is obsessed with his aim for his interests and that of his foreign masters. He should be detained and put out of action until the situation has cooled off or the least the simmering flame of an impending violence riot is put off. Anwar is fanning emotions of an Arab Spring but of course, as he mentioned not his call, but that of affiliated NGOs which everyone, even the school children know his own creation and the vehicles he uses. Lets be realistic about the scenario – he knows he already lost and he knows going to the courts to reverse the people's decision is not easy as it may take years, maybe till the next general election. His foreign masters cannot wait that long and Anwar is indebted thus he must act, he must show to his foreign masters that he had tried and still trying. Failure through democratic means which was the ballot boxes just a week ago, he is left with no choice but the Arab Spring style to overthrow the government. Malaysia being non-homogeneous society cannot afford to wait because this may lead to bloodshed. Thus, the relevant authorities must act now and swiftly – softy approach maybe too late. |
Rakyat’s Expectations And Hopes Over New Cabinet Posted: 16 May 2013 04:13 PM PDT The new line of Cabinet was announced yesterday and sadly, it was responded with sighs. The world seemed to stop for a moment, silent, as if wondering what would happen next. Sometimes, when things get too quiet, we become nervous. Especially seeing how quiet our enemies are, as if they 'bless' the new appointed cabinet. Because all these while, our enemies have never agreed to anything we did. Most rakyat and undecided voters voted for Barisan Nasional in GE13 because they fear if victory goes to Pakatan Rakyat and now, they could not help but to wonder their vote helped BN win, or just to help BN head towards losing. For some reason, majority rakyat are not happy even though most mainstream media tried to 'please' but saying that the new cabinet is the best. Some rakyat somehow have their doubt on the new line of leadership. Perhaps rakyat have been putting high expectations over leadership. This is not surprising because we are 'used' to the dynamic and strict leadership by Tun Mahathir for 22 years, and we could not really get used to anything different than that. Tun Mahathir has led Malaysia a lot more forward with his strict approach as he faces big power, he dared to challenge Zionists, criticizing Soros, swift actions in defending the country, drives the economy as well as did not hesitate to offer help to Muslims around the world. Despite of being hit with criticisms, he is consistent and focused in his plans up to the part where the ones who criticized him had to admit that he is right. Chinese which previously labeled him as Ultra-Malay finally admit that he is not racist, and gave their support to him. The lesson which we can take on the glory of Malaysia during Tun Mahathir's era is that being strict is important, not popularity. From there, Malaysia became a harmonious and dignified country. If learning for success is not enough then lets look at what we learn from failure where Malaysia 'tumbled down' soon after Tun Mahathir resigned. Why? Because the new leadership approach back then was the opposite of what was done by Tun Mahathir where it puts popularity in front instead of strictness. Thus, rakyat whom voted for Barisan Nasional the other day were really hoping that leadership style can go the other way around again, just like how it was before. The era where not just our economy was strong, the matter of racial and the country's dignity was also very strong. Terrorism threats as well as colonization of the new millennium is no longer something we read in newspapers or tv. Instead, it is a lot closer to our lives. That is why those who previously too lazy to vote, has now actually voted for BN so that the threats can be stopped, so that we can focus on developing the country. At this moment, rakyat are nervous looking at how the country's enemies roam free spreading lies and causing damages without having to face any consequences. If most rakyat first questions 'what is the government waiting for?'. the next question should be 'what is the government scared of?' All these questions should be answered as soon as possible by the new line of cabinet. Rakyat can only hope that their nervousness can be wiped away soon. Now, it is up to those who are appointed to ensure that rakyat's nervousness do not turn to annoyance. |
AirAsia X won't pull out ads from Utusan - Rafidah Posted: 16 May 2013 01:07 PM PDT AirAsia X chairman Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz said the long-haul budget airliner will not pull out its advertisements from Utusan Malaysia despite the recent "threat" to do so by its chief executive officer (CEO) Azran Osman Rani. The former senior member of Cabinet said the remarks made by Azran were personal in nature as they were made via the latter's social media accounts and should not be considered as an official view of the company. "It was his personal view and it has nothing to do with AirAsia X," Rafidah said, adding that as far as she is concerned, the issue has never been discussed by the company's management. Azran had recently said that Utusan Malaysia is racist for publishing a front-page article entitled 'Apa lagi Cina mahu? (What else the Chinese wants?)". In his Facebook account, Azran wrote: "I am Malaysian. I am anti-racism. I am disgusted by Utusan's editorial stance". In his Twitter account, he claimed that Utusan is no longer relevant due to 'narrow-minded' stance adopted by the editorial and further said that AirAsia X will pull out its advertisements from the Malay-language paper. Utusan reported that Azran had tweeted: "Utusan sudah lama tidak relevan. Jumlah pembaca merosot kerana minda pengarang sempit. Utusan tidak mewakili Melayu Malaysia ,(Utusan has long been irrelevant. Its readership had dwindled due to its narrow-minded editors. Utusan does not represent Malays in Malaysia)" Following this Azran was heavily criticised for being selective as he had not said anything about some Chinese-language newspapers which had published racist contents. Meanwhile, Rafidah said even though it was only Azran's personal view, the statement was inappropriate since it involved the company's policy. "In this country, people have freedom to say (anything)… but what they want to say should not involve government or private sector's policy," Rafidah said further. Blogger Fatimah Zuhri has questioned Azran's stance for calling Utusan racist and for being rather ignorant towards editorial slant adopted by certain vernacular papers. Calling him as the new member of 'Self-Hating Malay Club', Fatimah in wrote, with much sarcasm, that Azran should remember how he managed to achieve his current position as someone successful. "Please tell the gullible Malays the truth (that) you have never received any help from the Evil Darth Vader cum Saruman government which is BN. Tell them that you manage to study at Stanford because of the magical money tree behind your parents' house. "Tell them that you became Senior Vice President (Policy & Development) at the corrupted BN owned KLSE because you are super-duper Einstein-like mind, not because Malay (former KLSE Chairman) gave you a chance. "You did not join ASTRO - a company owned by (former Prime Minister Tun Dr) Mahathir (Mohamad)'s crony. Instead, Utusan Malaysia had cloned you and put your clone there," she wrote. Pro-opposition news portals reported yesterday that Azran explained his remarks were blown out of proportion and refused to comment further on the issue. |
Chinese Youth At 505 Rally Could Be Anwar’s Kamikaze Candidates Posted: 16 May 2013 11:10 AM PDT Rally to protest GE13 known as 505 Rally continues even though candidates who have won have began going to the office. The rally joined by majority Chinese also featured 'Silent Walk' where they marched in black shirt, 'mourning' over the death of democracy in Malaysia. It is clear that these Chinese youth are not smart. They do not even know the meaning of democracy, they do not know what ideology is, nor do they know about the election system, law, constitution, or anything, really. Their stupidity somehow got us wondering on what do they learn in Chinese vernacular school, other than to be racist? If this is the product of vernacular school, how can the Chinese question about the quality of sekolah kebangsaan? The Chinese always think that they are smarter than Malays but such perception is false. The Malays are smart, even far smarter than the Chinese if they choose to be smart. Most Chinese elderly are aware of this, and this is why they work hard to ensure that the chance for Malays to excel, are limited. They are worried if their race ended up being at the back. We need to remember that the Chinese do not have laid back mindset like the Malays. The Chinese have this love for competition and they are always afraid of losing. The segregation of Chinese children away from other races in schools only promote such mindset. From there, they are easily influenced by some sides. Today, we see how easy it is for Anwar Ibrahim to use this group as he drag them to demonstrations he planned. He created this illusion as if the Chinese are denied of their rights in Malaysia and as if they deserve better and they would get all of those if Anwar is in power. Fact is, we all know that these Chinese kids do not really support Anwar Ibrahim. They know that Anwar is used to gain Prime Minister seat for DAP. Anwar only has to take the seat for a while, and it will be changed to DAP in no time. To these kids, they think they are smart because they get to use Anwar. What they do not know is, Anwar is willing to sacrifice their lives just to gain the seat. Why would he drag them to those rallies, making hate speeches? For what? When other candidates have began working? Anwar intentionally challenges the government and Yang DiPertuan Agong in open. The reason is to lure authorities to arrest him so that those Chinese kids would be mad over it and begin their violence. In other words, Chinese youth are his wall, weapon and target in the clash with authorities. Just imagine, any injuries or death occurred would definitely fire up all Chinese. This would then be labelled as police brutality, and racism. Within a blink of an eye, rebellion and clashes will occur between races, and Chinese youth would not even know that they are trapped in a dangerous game. This is what Anwar wants, to trigger anarchy which would get to the international stage. The news will then be used by Anwar to seek foreign intervention, to topple the government and to appoint him as Prime Minister, before having to let the post go to DAP. Whatever it is, it is not impossible the these Chinese kids are aware of Anwar's strategy and they are willing to be his kamikaze for the sake of Chinese supremacy in Malaysia. If it is true that they are fighters, if anarchy do happen, authorities should and have the rights to treat them as rebels instead of innocent rakyat. |
146,500 Umno Delegates To Elect Party Leadership Posted: 16 May 2013 09:38 AM PDT Some 146,500 Umno delegates from 161 divisions nationwide will elect the party leadership at year end in line with the constitutional amendments. Umno information chief Datuk Ahmad Maslan said the election this time is more democratic as the election of leaders are not in the hands of a group of delegates. "Previously, only 2,500 delegates determined the party leadership but this time it has been increased to 146,500. The election starts at branch level." Ahmad believed that the Umno election of office bearers would not become chaotic as what happened in the election of opposition parties. The special Umno general assembly in 2009 approved constitutional amendments giving 146,500 delegates the right to vote the leadership, abolishing the quota system, simultaneous delegates meeting and allow more women appointees. Umno also made membership fees once in a lifetime, empower Youth, Wanita and Puteri wings to approve new members and recognise the contributions of division secretaries. Ahmad said the amendments were part of the Umno transformation process to make the party more democratic, transparent and inclusive. He reminded all quarters to take heed of what happened during the 13th general election (GE-13). "We do not want another split among Umno members. It is important to win back the hearts of the people and strengthen the party machinery to meet future challenges." |
