The Corrupt Saga of Lim Guan Eng’s RM8 Billion Mega Project in the secret PowerPoint files – Exposing the Mega Cronies behind the scenes (Part 2)

Posted: 25 Mar 2013 01:30 AM PDT

Who is Annie & Party?
The PowerPoint slide shows "JU-10%-Annie & Party". We all know that JU represents Juteras Sdn Bhd but all that the an official company search will reveal is that there are 2 individuals who act as proxies and nominees. These are the first directors and company secretaries and the names of such people are pretty inconsequential as they are "borrowed" names of professionals and they will not know what is going on.
More often than not, these people are kept on a certain payroll of accountants and company secretaries who will use them to incorporate new companies on an urgent basis for clients and who will then transfer the shares to the real owners in due course. Professional fees are paid to such nominees for their services – which can even extend to opening of bank accounts and becoming nominee signatories for the bank accounts as well until such time that the real owners decide to surface or get another set of their nominees to replace the first set of original nominees.

If the name is simply "Annie", it would have been more difficult to unravel but since it is stated as "Annie & Party" and the "P" is capitalised in Party, it can only mean that Annie refers to "Anwar Ibrahim & Party".
This means that Juteras Sdn Bhd is a company that has 10% stake in the mega project and it belongs to Anwar Ibrahim and his party, PKR.  That is the kickback by Guan Eng to Anwar to keep Anwar in line and also to act as insurance for Guan Eng in the unlikely event that PR takes over power in Putrajaya and Anwar really becomes Prime Minister.

So for Guan Eng,  it is always a smart idea to have his political partners to have a small share in his spoils of war and corruption activities so that he will taint him as well. In that way, by having a file on Anwar Ibrahim on the take will act as a useful deterrent file against Anwar if he tries to be funny and edge out Guan Eng. Guan Eng knows his leverage.
So the 10% will belong to Anwar Ibrahim and it is up to him how to further allocate the share, if any, to his own party, the PKR. That will then be his own internal matter.
Guan Eng has made the first right move and by making Anwar an accomplice, he can bring Anwar down anytime in future, if required.

Guan Eng is playing a very dangerous game by trying to snare Anwar Ibrahim, who is the Master of Corruption himself. But then the Guan Eng that we have today has evolved to be super arrogant and always so confident of his own genius that he thinks he is always right.
If there are seniors in the party who can still speak to him and advise him, please do so immediately before he destroys himself and the DAP by embarking onto this road of corruption, dirty money and destruction…

The Corrupt Saga of Lim Guan Eng’s RM8 Billion Mega Project in the secret PowerPoint files – Exposing the Mega Cronies behind the scenes (Part 1)

Posted: 25 Mar 2013 12:00 AM PDT

The cronies behind the scenes who benefited from Lim Guan Eng's Mega folly of a Mega Project which costs over RM6.3 billion.
The projects involve:
  • a 4.2km Gurney Drive-Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway,
  • a 4.6km Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway-Bandar Baru Air Itam 4-lanes bypass,
  • a 6.5km Penang-Butterworth Tunnel; and
  • a 12km road connecting Tanjung Bungah and Teluk Bahang (four lanes)
In order to know the real story behind this mega corruption and abuse in Penang, we need to go back to the night of December 17, 2013 – just a day after the DAP National Congress held in Penang where the DAP CEC Members were elected.
No need to talk about the DAP CEC Election fiasco and their inability to use EXCEL to do proper calculations. The elections went well and the results were largely within the leaders' expectations and so there was an obvious cause for celebration.
But in Guan Eng's mind, there was an even bigger reason to celebrate – because he has finally completed all the discussions on the allocation of spoils for Penang's largest infrastructure project. The discussion was held a day earlier on December 16 – a day immediately after the CEC Elections held on December 15, 2012.
The discussions with the partners were intense and filled Guan Eng with adrenalin – pumping with excitement to see such huge numbers that his small 8-digit pocket calculator could not even accommodate the massive calculations which easily stretched into 10 digits. Guan Eng mumbled a note to self: "remember to ask secretary for a new 12-digit calculator".

There is an indescribable joy when one punches the forbidden numbers into the calculator and viola, one sees the apportioned amounts and siphoned profits camouflaged as blatant overcharging. Guan Eng was thrilled to bits – for the first time, he is really gonna be a billionaire…a dream come true for a failed accountant…but a successful Chief Minister and politician.
The final allocation in terms of kickbacks and gifts expressed in percentages were nailed down reflected in a single Powerpoint slide. The thought of it pleased Guan Eng so much that he could not resist firing up his notebook computer to take a look on the Powerpoint slide again.
"This is the time for harvest…" as Guan Eng's thoughts lingered away…see what power can do – and this is Real Power.
"I'm not going to be a CM without power like that bo-hoot (no balls – seedless) durian Koh Tsu Koon. Me will be a CM with Real Power…"
The screen on the notebook computer showed this PowerPoint slide:

We already know from media reports the following:

  2. BUCG – Beijing Urban Construction Group
  3. ST – Sri Tinggi Sdn Bhd
  4. JU – Juteras Sdn Bhd

  1. Annie & Party
  2. Davy
  3. Leslie & Co
  4. Pinny
  5. Jimmy & Party
  6. Terry
  7. TBD
These names are likely to be code-names representing certain personalities…who are these people…Read the DAP Insider for the next article as we break the puzzle and reveal the identities of each of these code-names…

Video Which Detriments Taib Mahmud Is Just A Timber Concession Revenge Drama

Posted: 24 Mar 2013 11:47 PM PDT

Another thing which we need to process in order to understand Malaysian opposition is that every mistake which is done by Barisan Nasional leaders would be okay of it is done by their own leaders. For example, it is okay for Nik Aziz to be in power until the day he dies, but it is wrong for Tun Mahathir to stay as Prime Minister any longer, or for Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud to keep on leading Sarawak for more than 30 years.
Now, Tun Mahathir has retired, leaving Malaysia on top, with highest respect, and admired by the world. And Taib Mahmud still in power, has proven continuous commitment and his abilities to develop Sarawak other than ensuring the peace and well-being of its rakyat.
However, Nik Aziz still refuse to retire even though he does not fulfil his tasks, other than politics, constant ceramah as well as insulting people, for the past 20 years.
Even then, the opposition never questioned him about why more than 10,000 acres of land were given to DAP, about why Kelantan is still undeveloped, what happens to the logging industry, or why can't the water supply issue be solved or why does moral issue kept on getting worse? Instead, they only look for ways to tarnish Tan Sri Taib Mahmud's image even though rakyat of Sarawak are living in peace and prosperous.
It is clear, the problem with the opposition is that they do not care about rakyat, all the care is about the power which Taib Mahmud has and that they are hungry for it. It is not too much to say that Taib Mahmud is one of Barisan Nasional's strongest defence, resisting various forms of attacks for all these years.
Considering that GE is coming close, it is not surprising why the attacks are coming back in. This time around, it is not from the outside, it is from the inside, from Taib Mahmud's cousin, Norlia Rahman, as a video showing a meeting about a project involving foreign direct investment to describe as if there are elements of corruption from Taib's side. The video was said that it was taken secretly, without being realized by the characters in it.
The thing which this videographer might have missed is that , this video can easily be argued by looking at Norlia's background and understanding her motive. Norlia is the daughter of Rahman Yakub who is Taib Mahmud's uncle. He was also Sarawak's former Chief Minister and Governor.
The vengeance which Norlia's family has against Taib Mahmud began as soon as Taib Mahmud replaced her father as Chief Minister back in 1981. Then, Rahman Yakub was listed to have 70%  from logging license at Lembahan Mewah via his daughters, while another 30% was owned by Datuk Tajang Laing, ADUN Belaga. Taib Mahmud then revoked 30 of logging licenses involving Abdul Rahman and claimed that his uncle had awarded 1.25 hectare logging concession worth RM22.5 billion to himself, his family and relatives.
From there, the feud between this family becomes bigger where in 1985, Taib once again offended Rahman by sacking him from the post of Yang diPertua Negeri.
Rahman had his chance to attack in 1987 which is known as 'Ming Court Affairs 1987' by raising signatures from ADUN and led a group of Sarawak politicians who were disappointed with Sarawak National Party (SNAP) and PBDS to gather at Ming Court Hotel, Kuala Lumpur to urge on the proposal that they have lost their confidence in Taib's leadership. However, Taib managed to detect the conspiracy a lot earlier and he called for an emergency election and he barely won with 28 out of 48 seats which later adds to eight more seats from defected ADUN.
If Taib Mahmud was unsure that his actions had offended his uncle was right, there is no way that he would have settled this issue through election.
It seems like Taib Mahmud's cousin, Norlia do not have the guts to face her cousin in the right channel. Instead, she chooses to act, all to tarnish Taib;s image to public.
If she speaks the truth, why the act?
Supporting Norlia's vengeance against Taib would be Norliz, the wife of former SNAP Vice President, Datuk Justin Jinggut who is promoting himself to the highest place for PKR Sarawak. Datuk Justin is also known to have close ties with Anwar Ibrahim.
See, isn't it easy to question the video?
However, if we are rational, we would not have to go that far to see the genuineness of the video. This is because, the act and situation of the video seem irrational. There is no way such controversial big business deal would be discussed with a stranger in such small hotel room, and friendly. Just look at how relaxed the actors were as they mention the details between one person and another, including the internal issues of Taib's family.
In short, the body language, script and characters in the video clearly showed that this is a planned.
That is why, our message to the opposition, just for once, find real issues to go against BN. Enough with your ridiculous acts because it is just sickening.
For once, face BN like real men.

Sodomy 3: What if it’s an inside job?

Posted: 24 Mar 2013 10:00 PM PDT

Let the games within Pakatan Rakyat begin. From my personal experience, when your father is not that wealthy, there is no infighting within the family to get what you think is your "fair" share of his money.
Let the first million roll in and then it's a free for all to get into his good books. By the time the second and third million is in his bank, all hell will break lose.
If the father is resolved that money will not break his family asunder, then maybe all will be well. If the father plays favourite, then life for everyone in the family will be, to say the least, interesting.
This is the situation in Pakatan Rakyat today. Each passing day seems to bring it closer to the jewel in Putrajaya, with which the prime minister-designate, Anwar Ibrahim, is to be crowned with.
The ebb and flow of party politics within Pakatan coalition now starts to coalesce – not merging all factions into one seamless entity that will confront Barisan Nasional for the seat of government during the 13th general election but into factions and groups: one that wants Anwar to be the prime minister-designate, and the other that does not.
The ambitious ones within Pakatan know they have to make their move now, but they must do so covertly. What have they started to do?
They need to build upon the foundations laid by BN, even if the foundations languish at gutter level.
They start by besmirching Anwar's personal character. Another sodomy tape would be a good place as any to start.
Of course, our gut instinct would be to round up the usual suspects – Najib Tun Razak, Muhyiddin Yassin, the Three Datuks, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, or anyone in Umno.
But, methinks, this time around if the fallout from Sodomy Two has taught Najib & Co anything, it is to make sure that if a Sodomy Three were to happen, it must happen ala Dr Chua Soi Lek – where events overtook any possibilities of a defence corridor being thrown around Chua (nasi sudah jadi bubur) – and all Chua could do then was to resign.
This Sodomy Three images that have been put onto the public domain lack clarity and those that matter – the rakyat – are already questioning its authenticity.
Sodomy Three lacks the "Oomph" that only money can provide to make the release of the images from the video to be a "national event".
It has all the hallmarks of a half-hearted attempt to destabilise Anwar within the Pakatan coalition and also within his own PKR.
In short, it looks like an inside job by insiders within Pakatan or PKR – who are making mischief for Anwar by releasing the so-called Sodomy Three images.
This Sodomy Three "incident" does not seem to have any of Umno or BN "trade mark".
Inside job?
I would be so bold as to say that this attempt to implicate Anwar this time round has its roots from within Pakatan… from deep down the bowels of Pakatan where a deep-seated dislike for the prime minister-designate exists and may even thrive among a hardcore few.
If they believe that Pakatan has a decent chance of taking government, then they would begin to realise that they must start their campaign to oust Anwar as the premier-designate now – and as is the norm among the financially challenged politicians – nothing could rival the use of gutter politics if you want your opponents to bite the dust.
However, they have failed in one aspect so far.
Anwar does not capitulate nor has he succumbed to the worse that Umno or for that matter, anyone, have so far hurled at him – sexual innuendos and other salacious accusations of the verbal or imaginary kind included.
Whal all this Sodomy Three tape will make Anwar do is: he will deny and the masses will believe.
Then it may degenerate into the cleansing of those who are perceived to be the culprits. This will cause much damage to PKR's and Pakatan'a credibility among the voters.
Or they can do the usual: deny! deny! deny!
Your guess is as good as mine: just bear in mind that the hunting season within PKR and Pakatan has already begun. The hunted is Anwar himself: so let the games begin!

DAP Arrogance Kills PKR in Bentong

Posted: 24 Mar 2013 08:59 PM PDT

So, the news is out.
Wong Tack, so called 'environmentalist' and long term DAP member has finally announced his intention to contest in the next GE. To those who have been following his Himpunan Hijau adventures, this will come as no surprise.
But to those who actually believed this man was an environmentalist at heart, we say this – once again you've been fooled by the dirty politics that DAP practices.
Anyway, we are not here to discuss Wong.  We are here to discuss on the drama that is taking place in Bentong between DAP and PKR stalwarts. Both sets of grassroots leaders are at each other's necks because PKR have been of the opinion that the Bentong seat is theirs to contest again.
DAP however feel that they need to contest in as many Chinese majority seats as possible. This chauvinist stand is public knowledge.
Despite this strategy, DAP very unsure about the Bentong seat. Leong Ngah Ngah, DAP Pahang chairman who has been eyeing the seat informed party leaders a few months ago that he did not feel confident of winning the seat.
Despite being a Chinese majority seat, Ngah felt that Liow Tiong Lai's service record in Bentong will ensure the Health Minister wins. Liow is also very popular with Malay and Indian voters, a segment that Ngah and DAP have failed to penetrate.
When PKR learnt about Ngah's stand, they were confident they would be given the seat again.
DAP though insisted they were the best bet for the seat. Guan Eng decided to convince Wong to run there and Wong being a headline hunter himself did not take long to say yes.
It has to be kept in mind that earlier in the year, DAP were entertaining the thought of putting a big name against Liow. Anthony Loke's name was brandied about, as well as Ngah and even Kit Siang. These plans were not followed through because none of the big names wanted to risk their MP seat against Liow.
With Wong however, they have nothing much to lose. PKR on the other hand have a lot to lose, thus the ensuing infighting.
PKR MP Fuziah who has been the biggest critic of Lynas has come on record to say that Wong must stand as an independent and not on a DAP ticket. Wong's candidacy is a big threat to Fuziah, who now knows that Anwar feels she is now disposable.
She has even publicly disagreed with Anwar on Lynas, insisting that Lynas will be closed down if PR wins the GE. This is after Anwar the chameleon told Australian press that he will consider keeping the plant open. (Foreign reporters understand that Lynas is completely safe so Anwar can't afford to look like an idiot by saying otherwise)
And to rub salt to Fuziah's wounds, even Wong has now said that Lynas can continue to operate if it is found to be safe. A far cry from just a few months ago when he threatened to burn down the factory.
To add further drama, the PKR candidate from 2008 G Ponnusamy has lashed out at DAP. He has declared that he will not support Wong and will not campaign for PR.
Look at the infighting for just one seat and then imagine the infighting that will take place when and if actual Cabinet positions are up for grabs!

The Eastern Sabah Safety Zone (ESSZONE) to prevent incursions and ensure the security of the state comes into effect Monday.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who announced the setting up of the zone, said it would cover the eastern districts Kudat, Kota Marudu, Pitas, Beluran, Sandakan, Kinabatangan, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna and Tawau.
"The zone will be administered by a committee. Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman has been appointed ESSZONE committee chairman.
"He will be assisted by a chief executive officer and other members to be announced later," Najib said in his speech during the 206th Police Day Celebrations held at the Police Training Academy (Pulapol).
Malaysian security forces have been conducting operations in the east coast of Sabah over the past weeks to flush out a group of Sulu gunmen from the area.
The group from southern Philippines had been holed up in Kampung Tanduo since Feb 9.

GE13: Thousands gather to express support for Penang BN

Posted: 24 Mar 2013 07:21 AM PDT

GEORGE TOWN: Thousands joined a "Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu" (United People's Gathering) at Padang Kota Lama here on Sunday to express their support for Barisan Nasional (BN).
The programme, organised by Sekretariat Rakyat Bersatu Pulau Pinang, began at 5pm and was attended by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop.
Penang Barisan chairman Teng Chang Yeow, state Umno Liaison Committee chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman and state MIC deputy chairman L. Krishnan addressed the two-hour gathering.
They raised several issues, including low-cost houses, traffic congestion, the proposed construction of the undersea tunnel and alleged failure of the Penang DAP to fulfil pledges in its 2008 election manifesto.
Teng said that Penang Barisan was ready to take over the state administration and had drawn up a New Economic Plan as well as various other development programmes.
He said the Penang Barisan pledged to abolish toll imposed on motorcycles at the Penang Bridge if it was given the mandate to administer the state.
Teng told reporters later that the presence of the large crowd showed that the people were prepared to support Barisan in the next general election.
