Posted: 04 Mar 2013 06:49 PM PST

KG TANDUO: The ground battle is believed to be on in Tanduo village.
Artillery fire has stopped and the fighter jets are believed to have done their job.
No more explosions are being heard.
Jets were not seen flying over Tanduo village that has been pounded by heavy firepower since 7am .
Details of casualty figures on the ground among the Sulu armed group, led by Raja Muda Azzimudie Kiram, and the security forces are unknown.
However, ambulances from Tawau and Lahad Datu, that were placed on standby, were seen heading out.
A Nuri heicopter was also seen transporting soldiers from Cendrawasih towards the frontline in Tanduo village.
The seafront of Tanduo village is calm as maritime and naval forces stay on alert for possible retaliatory attacks from armed groups in southern Philippines that have threatened to counter attack Sabah east coast towns if Tanduo village came under fire.
Although reports of sightings of intruders have emerged from Kinabatangan and other areas, police have declared that the situation is now under control all over Sabah.

PM: Malaysia defending honour and sovereignty

Posted: 04 Mar 2013 06:47 PM PST

The Malaysian security forces all out attack against Sulu invaders in Kampung Tanduo at 7am, Tuesday is a defence of the country's honour and sovereignty, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Najib said the government has taken the necessary action to defend honour and sovereignty of the country as demanded by the rakyat.
Najib said Malaysia was an Islamic country that loved peace and that sought to always to resolve conflict through diplomacy.
"But our effort to avoid bloodshed has failed,'' he said.
Najib said he preferred to resolve the conflict in a peaceful manner, but the invaders had attacked and killed security personnel.

Attack Sabah To Make Sure BN Loses

Posted: 04 Mar 2013 08:00 AM PST

The big clash in Lahad Datu right now has led to a lot of perceptions from various sides especially from opposition leaders. Dozens of accusations thrown to BN/UMNO especially Datuk Seri Najib to fuse up rakyat's hate against him.
Not enough with Tian Chua's statement claiming that the Lahad Datu invasion is just UMNO's drama, some of their supporters even insulted our national heroes who died by saying things such as their death is worthless, government slaves etc.
Before we make any more assumptions on this tragedy, it would be bettwe for us to look at the analysis made by political watchdogs from inside and outside of Malaysia regarding this issue. They think that the actions of opposition leader, Anwar Ibrahim meeting up with main leader of Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), Nur Misuari actually influenced Sulu army to head over to Sabah.
The analysis is based on reports made by international media such as Reuters and Philippine military intelligence agency. They, among others, claimed that Anwar is the backbone behind the attack triggered by those armed invaders.
However, the question is, why would Anwar do such a thing? This is because, according to the analysis, the opposition do not have any confidence on the support of Sabahan in terms of them rejecting BN/UMNO.
And if the opposition fail to get any support from people of Sabah, this would ruin Anwar's hope to take over Putrajaya. That is why, such plan is taken.
All in all, Sabah has 25 Parliamentary seats, and the opposition is said to will only be able to get Kota Kinabalu seat. The rest is still unknown due to a few factors such as wide range of areas, the fraction of voters etc. Without any knowledge on it, Anwar definitely would not want to gamble with his luck.
So, something must be done so that chaos can be triggered in Sabah which would force leaders to announce state of emergency. If Sabah is under state of emergency, this would stop the state from going through GE.
With that, BN/UMNO would need to proceed with separate election in Sabah, which could provide the advantage to Anwar so that he could focus on seats which he could win to ensure that BN will lose in GE13. To avoid from being attacked, Anwar uses the issue of giving identity cards as the escape point for his evil plan.
Not just that, Sulu people who are residing in Sabah is estimated at 60,000 people. That is why, the attack made on those invaders could just lead towards sympathy among Sabahans, which then led to their rage against the government.
This approach is seen as advantage to Anwar as it could provide more support for him. That is how detailed he is to ensure that he will become the next Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Evidence Of Sulu Army's Cruelty

Posted: 04 Mar 2013 05:00 AM PST

The origins of the word 'Sulu' comes from knowledge of Islamic Sufism, 'Suluk' (prayers in isolation or solitary) which should describe how good Sulu is. Some even claimed that 'Sulu' came from the word 'jolo' which was given from Chinese traders to them which brings the meaning of 'good people'.
Thus, it is weird to see why such good people would start a war just to invade a region in an Islamic state, Malaysia, to be part of a kafir country, Philippine. Sulu leadership even criticized the Philippine government for not supporting them in the issue, even though the are people of the country.
It is even weirder to see how Sulu army don't even reflect the image of Islam, even though they are aware that they are going against their Muslim brothers. Their actions seem more like they are communists or the Japanese invaders where they beheaded Malaysian police, as well as stabbing through one of Special Branch Head Unit's officer. It seems that Sulu army are really going all out because they know that they would never win.
Their cruelty brings us to more question about who is the person who started all this. Perhaps Sultan Sulu is stupid enough that he is willing to risk the life of his men for the sake of something that is impossible to get? Or perhaps he is promised with help from anyone? This is not impossible, considering their well-equipt fire power.
Sulu ethnic should think whether it is wise to risk their lives just for a small region? This fight is nothing more than fulfilling the lust of their leader, other than making enemies of Islam happy as Muslims begin to kill one another.
Sulu invasion is just a follow-up plan from some sides after the clash between PAS and UNMO which has been going on for decades but still yet to show any bloodshed as they hoped. The same thing goes to the attempt to create racial clash led by DAP through the issue of kalimah Allah, as well as the attempt to copy the bloodshed in Tahrir Square by organizing demonstrations which also failed badly.
It is clear that Sulu fail to realize that they are just tools and baits. That is why these 'peaceful people' seem like they are possessed by devils. It is sad having to bear through their cruelty considering the fact that Malaysian government do not have any harsh approach even after they got to Malaysia.
Malaysian government's approach shows maturity of its leaders while approach taken by Sultan Sulu only reflects negative image, other than proving that they are irrational, cruel.
It is not wise for Sulu people to take advantage over Malaysia's maturity because as a concerned government, it will not let soldiers and rakyat of this country end up being victims of Sulu's cruelty.
Whatever it is, Sulu people has fulfilled the hope of the enemies to Islam to see Muslims killing one another.

ANWAR TO SUE UTUSAN AND TV3 IS AN ACT OF FEAR TO STOP THE TRUTH FROM EMERGING

Posted: 04 Mar 2013 03:34 AM PST

Anwar Ibrahim is fuming mad…truly mad that he even told his lawyers to initiate legal suits against Utusan Malaysia and TV3 for alleging he is involved in instigating the Pinoys to go to Lahad Datu Sabah.
Utusan and TV3 took the news from Philippines media which quoted the Philippines intelligence, a source that the Philippines government trusted and believed, a source that would form the basis of decision in the Palace.
So what Utusan and TV3 did was just quote the media and the source and for that Anwar was fuming mad, one wonders why.
Why didn't Anwar sue the Philippines media that came out with the news and the source of Utusan and TV3 news?
That would be better for Anwar who loves the international limelight, who loves the foreign media for helping him run-down Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and Malaysia, the country where he was born, bred, educated and being cared for like a 'baby'.
Anwar is actually trying to do damage control by suing the two media so that the court will put a gag order thus Anwar can keep whatever secret he's hiding safely.
Anwar is actually scared of the truth, whatever the truth are, in the Lahad Datu incident that took the life of nine policemen, innocent policemen who are non-partisan, who chose the career to feed their family, who placed high hopes on the government to protect them and the families.
As for them, they chose the profession to contribute to the nation, to serve the nation and protect her citizens from internal threats, to make sure that citizens of the country can live their day without fear and sleep in the night without disturbances and worries.
Anwar, whether he is involved as the intelligence report revealed, directly or indirectly, is now running scared because he has to explain in detail what exactly was the meeting with Nur Misuari.
To prove his innocence, he has to tell out the truth, not to express anger and sue – this kind of act – anger and sue is an act of someone who is trying to cover his guilt.
If he is a leader who is not involved with anything in  Lahad Datu, he could have just detail out his meeting with Misuari, to convince Malaysians as well as his supporters who are distancing themselves from him now that he is indeed innocent.
No need to sue because if he is truthful, he should also sue all the media – internal and foreign – to prove his innocence not only to Malaysians but the world community at large.
By singling out Utusan and TV3 only, Anwar shows to Malaysians that his act is nothing more than an act of vengeance, a vendetta he has on the two media that have make him look like fools all along.
